David brings over 30 years of experience in branding and storytelling with expertise across a variety of categories. He has created innovative, compelling campaigns and led award-winning creative teams for global brands including Alcon, Bayer, Medronic, Fujifilm, KCI, Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Church & Dwight and Ralston Purina.
He has also created campaigns for non-profit organizations including independent schools around the nation and is on the board of Aim High St. Louis.
None but the bravest creative makes it out of David’s tiki-themed office. He can often be found in his red socks revising and improving our unique branding and messaging framework process.
He spends Halloween in Bar Harbor when only the fun people are left.

Ben is a pioneering and award-winning design thinker with 25+ years of experience. He’s a multidisciplinary brand builder who has delivered creative and strategic expertise for global brands such as Novartis, Sanofi Genzyme, Alcon, Johnson & Johnson, MilliporeSigma, Arbor Pharmaceuticals, Cumberland Pharmaceuticals, United Therapeutics, and Emerson Climate Technologies.
Ben has received commendations from The Telly Awards, MM&M, Communication Arts Magazine, How Magazine, Print Magazine, The Addys, and AIGA, and has lectured at the CDC’s National Conference on Health Communication, Marketing, and Media and most recently, the M.A. Design in Health program at the School of Design and Creative Technologies at University of Texas at Austin.
